Is Personal good for a single location?

Yes — Personal supports up to 3 locations with monthly auto-refresh, 1 manual refresh per day, embeddable widgets, and email support. Great for single locations that want more frequent updates than the free Starter plan.

When should I move to Professional?

Upgrade when you have 4–15 locations, need CRM webhook integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make), want priority support, or need team workspace collaboration with up to 3 members.

Is there really a free version?

Yes. The Starter plan is completely free — 1 location, quarterly auto-refresh, basic dashboard, and widgets. No credit card required. When you're ready for more, paid plans start at $4.99/mo with a 14-day free trial.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime through your account settings. If you cancel, you won't be billed further and your account reverts to Starter at the end of your billing period. No penalties or fees.

What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?

ReviewPanel will prompt you to upgrade. We never auto-charge for overages. You choose when to upgrade — for example, growing from 3 to 4 locations means moving from Personal to Professional.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange annual invoicing or purchase orders — contact us to discuss.

Are discounts available?

Yes — 20% off with annual billing on any paid plan. The discount is reflected when you toggle to Annual above. We also occasionally offer non-profit discounts.

What if I need a custom plan?

If you need more than 3 team members, manage hundreds of locations, or want volume pricing, get in touch. We create custom enterprise plans for larger organizations.
